Hi, I’m Eulenda Lebese-Cussons, a Property Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer with a strong academic foundation. I graduated cum laude with 37 distinctions in my Bachelor of Laws.

I began my legal career specializing in Real Estate at Norton Rose Fulbright Inc., one of South Africa’s top law firms, after serving nearly a decade at the Office of the Chief State Law Advisor.

Since founding Lebese-Cussons Attorneys Inc., I’ve had the privilege of working on high-value, high-stakes transactions — including a complex R38 million property purchase in Spain during our first year. In 2024, I led the full transactional handling of Cheslin Kolbe’s property portfolio, partnered with Investec on their Out of the Ordinary campaign, and oversaw an ongoing R500+ million bond registration.
