About our founder

Eulenda Lebese-Cussons, a God-fearing admitted Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer, overcame partial short-term memory loss from a 2013 motor bike accident to graduate cum laude in just four years with 37 distinctions in Bachelors of Law.

After contributing her legal expertise at a global and one of the big 5 law firms in South Africa (Norton Rose Fulbright Inc), specialising in Real Estate, she founded her conveyancing law firm at the V&A Waterfront in 2022. Through this firm, she is able to offer a comprehensive service to her clients from selling to transferring their properties.

Eulenda's journey, transitioning from occupying a position as a Legislative Linguist at the Office of the Chief State Law Advisor—offering parliamentary portfolio committee support for nearly 10 years—to a thriving lawyer and entrepreneur, stands as a testament to perseverance and dedication. Her story serves as an inspiration to aspiring legal professionals.
